[PBARC] K5DAK update

After 38 minutes on the phone with the ARRL and correcting the fact that
KJ5PE and KE5DOD have the same FRN but they both don't show up when you
enter the FRN, it appears that we have successfully applied for K5DAK. 

According to Perry Green of the ARRL, in 18 days (not including weekends and
if the 18th day falls on a Monday wait until Tuesday) we should have the
K5DAK call back in our possession.  If my counting is correct, on or about
17 February we should have notice that the K5DAK call is once again ours.

Folks, it was a pleasure to deal with Perry and Bart Jahnke. I am convinced
that there was no way I could have gotten this to work with out their help.
