[PBARC] Test Session this weekend - 26 Feb 2005 - 0900

All - 

Pending final location approval, we have a test session planned for this
weekend.

As of this email, we are planning on having the session down at the OEM at
0900.  I will update this email once the location is confirmed.

Test fees are now $14.00.  

Candidates need to bring any relevant CSCE and a government issued photo ID
card.
