I have heard that the SATERN nets are NOT accepting H&W Traffic at this time
- emergency traffic only.  A net is scheduled to start up this evening (when
is unknown) on 3945 to begin accepting H&W traffic.
 
The SATERN webpage is still down and non-functional.
