[PBARC] Update on KJ5PE application

I saw that the FCC has cancelled my check for this vanity call and that
there is a pending application for K5DAK.  I hope that is a good sign that I
filled it out 605 and Vanity application correctly.  
 
I will monitor it and keep you informed.
