Folks -
Based on the chart I have, our VSWR is between 1.3:1 and 1.4:1, acceptable I
do believe.
Thanks,
Glenn

Subject: [PBARC] 146.700 Back on the air
All -
The 146.700 repeater is back on the air. It was quite a site to what them
man-handle that db224a antenna in to the brackets.
I haven't done the calculations but we saw
29 Watts forward
<0.5 Watts reflected
Measured at the T at the output of the duplexer Radio was marked as having
37W output.
One other note, the antenna was modified from the directional type that it
was on Noble Lake (9 db aimed at PB) to an omni with 6 DB all around.
WB5HIL was able to get into it with 1 watt from Monticello.
Problems that we had to fix:
* Bad connector on antenna end
* Original Transmit radio quit transmitting (actually very low output); a
spare was put in place.
Many thanks to Stan, Bruce, and his helper.
glenn
