	Stephen G. Sack, 35, Columbus, died Friday, Oct. 15, 2004, at his
residence.
	
	Mr. Sack was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour. He was a
former LPN, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He had served as a military
policeman in the Gulf War. He had been a resident of Bartholomew County for
six years.
	
	Born Nov. 10, 1968, at Fresno, Calif., he was a son of Norman Wayne
Sack, who survives in Hawaii, and Kristi Wolo Fineberg, who survives in
Arkansas. He married Kimberly Brown Feb. 14, 1995, at Seymour, and she
survives.
	
	He also is survived by three children, Ricky, Mackenzie and Abbigail
Sack, all at home; a brother, Joel Sack, Washington state; a stepmother,
Bernard Fineberg, Arkansas; a stepmother, Jane Sack, Hawaii; a step-brother,
Tony Fineberg, California; and a stepsister, Natasha Fineberg, Arkansas.
	
	He was preceded in death by a son, Nicholas Stephen Sack.
	
	The Rev. Ralph Blomenberg will conduct funeral services at 1 p.m.
Wednesday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour, with
burial at Riverview Cemetery, Seymour. Full military graveside rites will be
conducted by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1925, American Legion Post 89,
Disabled American Veterans 47 and Vietnam Veterans 7, all of Seymour.
	
	Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from noon until
time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
	
	Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
