[PBARC] On the air with 2M FM with 13B2

With the help of John Poss (thanks again john), I have my Diamond 2M/440
Vertical up along with a 13B2 (orientation for FM not sideband) mounted a
few feet  below the vertical.  The vertical is about 53 to 55 feet up while
the 13B2 is probably about 51 to 52 feet.

I will use this setup at least until I get my HF antenna and put it up.  It
has been fun talking to folks in  SE arkansas with only 5 to 10 watts.
