After talking with others, I've implemented a change to the 70 repeater.
The weather announcements will NOT play automagically at 17 minutes past the
hour.  If you want weather information, you will have to requested the
information.  I will (re)send that information under a separate email.

I finally found the 100' of cable I was looking for so expect that the WX
system will be mounted in a more permanent location very soon.  This will
allow much more accurate wind and rain (and hopefully) temperature than
we've had in the past.
