[PBARC] Technician Class - POSTPONED

Everyone -

Based on some conversations I've had with Stan, it seems best that we
postpone the class.  

I will be getting with Stan and we will come up with a date that will work
for his Scouts (he believes he will have 10 strong candidates) and we will
schedule the class for that date..
