[PBARC] Short VE test session scheduled for Friday evening - main testing Saturday morning

Due to work comments for some candidates, we are scheduling a short VE test
session for this Friday around 1800.  The location yet to be determined.  
 
The main testing is still scheduled for this Saturday at 0900 at the OEM. 
 
Testing fees are $12.00 and the candidate also needs to bring a government
issued photo id and all relevant CSCEs.
