[PBARC] Weather system - on-line again

Folks,

Significant progress on the Weather Machine... Everything seems to be
working (the rain gauge hasn't been tested but if we don't get rain in the
next few days, I'll climb up the tower a bit and pour some water through
it).

With the 70 machine being down, it is temporarily on the 147.165 machine.
The antenna for the weather machine is a j-pole in the corner of the shop
(said differently, it don't hear real well)....

To remind you of what you need to do:

Key up on the repeater, push the # key for about 1 second or so (this tells
the controller to let the following DTMF tones through the repeater) and
then Key in one of the following

200 00 - This will give you a complete weather report 

200 01 - gives you current inside temperature, in the shop 

200 02 - gives you outside temperature (will sort of, the probe in in the
shop, will be moved once a location is identified) 

200 03 - Wind speed and direction 

200 04 - Rain fall report 

200 05 - Five minute peak wind speed Report 

200 06 - Today's high and low temps 

200 07 - Wind chill (awaiting setup of anemometer) 

200 08 - barometric pressure

Then unkey.
