[PBARC] Slow but sure... progress on Weather station

With the break in the weather (yes!), I got out and started working on
getting the weather station back on the air.  After pulling the cable and
hooking it up the fun began.  I couldn't get the wind gauge to work or
anything else I hooked to the new cable run. 

Well, as it turned out after about 1 hour of dinking around it turns out
that the "factory made" Telco cable I was using had, not one, but two bad
ends on it. I fixed the two ends and now the weather unit is seeing the wind
speed.   

I need to pull one more run and hook to hook up the rain gauge.  I haven't
decided yet where I'm going to put the thermometer.  If it goes out on the
tower it will need a run as well.  When these runs are complete, I will
reconnect the radio and we will be back on the air with the weather.  I
expect that sometime within the next few days.
