[PBARC] AM radio station interference in PB

I got this note from Dennis Schaefer about a fellow ham here in Pine Bluff
reporting problems with KCAT.  Are there any of you that have this problem
as well?

"He said for at least 10 years, AM station KCAT (1340 Khz) has been
interfering with hams in Pine Bluff.  He only lives one mile from the
station, but said K5CHU and others who live much further away have had the
same problem. The interference is all over 160 and 80 meters, and sometimes
on 40.   

He said their engineering is not the best, and thinks there is something
wrong with the station.   He said you can hear the audio all over the band,
no matter where you tune."
