[PBARC] 146.700 repeater back online

As of about 1530 today 20 Sept 2003, the 146.700 repeater is back on the
air.

The exact cause of the problem is under investigation by K5ECJ.  What we
saw we we got there was an absolutely blank transmitter face place -
implying that there was no power to the radio.  The reciever had a
visible display and was working.

K5ECJ has seen the problem where the fuse holder melts and opens up yet
not blowing the fuse.  It is his opinion that this is probably what has
happened.  

He will confirm it.

2130:  Just talked to Earl and he indicated that the fuse holder did
melt and was the problem.
