[PBARC] Class and Testing results

Folks -

In my opinion, the 1 day class works.  We had 8 candidates and 7 earned
their license.  Some had absolutely no previous exposure to amateur radio
others had some.  7 out of 8 is a darn good percentage of passing.

I want to thank all of those that took the time and helped with this
endeavors.  I really appreciated your dedication to the hobby.
