Folks -

If you are a member of the League, your license renewal fee is waived.  If you aren't a league member, the League has decided to charge $12 for this service (see http://www.arrl.org/arrlvec/vex1202p.pdf).  Other group, W5YI, charge similar fees.  

Confusing as it is, the W5YI site says

"Updates: you can update your license information at any time. Updates include corrections, changes of address, name changes, and replacement certificates. Note that filing a routine update does not renew or extend your license - it merely updates your info at the FCC headquarters and causes the issuance (printing) of a new certificate."

The key part is "...a routine update does not renew or extend your license...." - but I never found the exact fee for a license renewal.  Does anyone have experience with the W5YI process?
