Two Announcements:

1) At the Russellville Hamfest yesterday, it was announced that Dennis
Schaefer, W5RZ, has accepted the position of Arkansas Section Manager.
Dennis' term will begin 1 April 2003 and will run for 2 years.  I've known
Dennis for many years mainly through ADXA and as a District Emergency
coordinator.  In my opinion, he is an excellent choice for Section Manager.

2) Our very own John Poss, KD5RUJ, won the Russellville hamfest grand prize
- an Icom 2720 dual band radio.
