If you do receive this email, exercise extreme caution and delete it (Shift-Delete) immediately (if you are using Outlook or Outlook express)
As always with any suspicious e-mail, Delete immediately by highlighting message; press shift-delete at the same time.
Please do not open any attachments that are questionable.
