[PBARC] PBARC Meeting of 18 Feb 2003

We had a good turnout at last nights meeting.  

To recap what happened last night at the club meeting - I will paraphrase as the Secretary's minutes will supercede what I write here -

1)	Associate memberships will no longer exists after 31 December 2003 - no differentiation between in county and out of county members
2)	Dues as of 1 Jan 2004 will be $20.00 for the first member with an additional fee of $5 per ham living at the same mailing address.  For example:  2004 Dues for Susan and me will
be $25 ($20 for me, and $5 for Susan) - both of us will have a vote.
3)	If you are a member of the PBARC, you have a vote.  We want to encourage participation in the club and having a vote is one of the many things we can do to make that happen.
4)	The auto-patch will remain on the 147.24 machine with the club continuing to pay the monthly phone bill
5)	Echolink will remain on the 440 machine.  This technology seems to have captured the interest of most in the club.
