[PBARC] 146.70 DVR problems

All -

It appears that the DVR (Digital Voice Recorder) on the 146.700 has
developed problems.  We are unable to program it or get the controller to
play any of the messages.

The fix could be as simple as reboot of the controller and all will be well.
If not, it could be a more complex problem.  We will try the simple fix as
early as tomorrow or early next week.

Right now, all that is affected is the weather announcements at 17 after and
the personalized messages that we've been using.  

I will update you as we proceed in resolving the problem....
