* If nominating committee has nomination, then hold elections.  If not defer to Sept meeting.

* Repeater report
---- John Poss - indicated a problem with 24 machine.  Equipment swapped out and repeater returned
to service ----

* ARES/RACES report
---- Jack gave a RACES report.  He will be forming committees since RACES is back on track ----

* Old business
  ---- from reading of minutes ----
  Antenna at 70 site has been retrieved.  Presently Stan Johnson has it.

* New business
  * Use of WH City Hall for September meeting
        ----- Approved -- will likely continue through November of this year. Jehlen to take care
of.

  * Possible activities (if members are interested)
    * WH founders day - defer until next year
    * Boat Races - defer for a couple of reasons.
    * JOTA - Wolf to contact N5SSE and see what we can arrange.  Wolf to confirm dates and report
back to group.

This agenda is subject to change but will serve as a general outline.
