[PBARC] VE Test session results for 1993

I'm looking for the results of the VE test sessions held in 1993 -
specifically in the July/August time frame.

Who was the VE liasion during that time period? Where might the records
of these test sessions be? I didn't get involved with the VE process
until the 1st quarter of 1994.

I have an inquiry about a morse code test taken back then.  The person
is looking for proof of him passing the 5wpm code test making him a tech
plus.
