[PBARC] Aug 18 CUSEC HF Radio Communication Exercise

This is the drill we mentioned earlier but it was called off, now 
part of it is back on again. This is the nationwide EOC check in 
net. The purpose is to get as many state EOC's to check in as 
possible. W5AUU will be checking into this net for ADEM.
Below are the net freq's and NCS callsigns if you would like to 
monitor them Monday. Some states will checkin with ham radio, some 
with the Fed's (FNARS) Harris equipment and some with both.

CUSEC HF radio Test will be August 18th at 2pm CST time...(1900_UTC) Indiana will be the NCS for
this test.

(FNARS) harris equipment....14.3965 Mhz or Ch F39   ( WGY965  )
Ham Radio ....................14.313 Mhz +or- 6 Khz   ( W9SEM )

Also, Monday I will repair one of the antennas that came down since 
the last SET and bringing a G5RV to put up there so we can have a 
better range of operating freq's.
