[Park] Need Help - AB-577 Tower

Hey Gang,

I'm looking for anyone who can teach
me how to use an AB-577 military tower.
I picked up one of these and I have the
manual.  But, it seems that reading and
understanding are two very different
things!  :-)

If anyone is familiar with these towers
and would give me a tutorial, I would be
very grateful.
