[Park] Refreshments

PARK Members;

A suggestion:

Bringing refreshments to the monthly meetings has turned into a pretty 
expensive deal, usually about $25 if you go the Dunkin Donuts route.

Since we have no Poconoise expense, perhaps the Klub could donate $10 to 
the refreshment person for that particular meeting.

We could start in April if the motion is made & passed.
