[Park] VE Session

We have a test session Thursday 15 FEB at the OES at 6:30.  So far there is 
one candidate.

Tech nite will follow the VE test and we are going to talk about a wire 
antenna that will cover 80 through 10 Meters, bring your project in for 
show and tell and any other ham radio related stuff!!!

Tech nite has been a great place to learn about the hobby and the 
intricacies of being on the air or building your own equipment.
