[Park] PocoNoise On-Line Edition

To all,
Next time there is a problem with the PocoNoise or PARK websites, please 
notify me and it will be taken care of.

The March edition is back up (for two more days). I do not know what 
happened, but the problem did not originate here. There must have been some 
sort of problem at QSL.NET, because some of the graphics were lost, too.My 
best guess would be that the server went down and files were lost or 
corrupted.  Back-up files (some obviously out-of-date) had to be used to 
restore the sites as much as possible.

No one needs to host this page anywhere but where it is supposed to be. If 
anyone would like to add a link to their website to guide folks to 
www.qsl.net/w3sj , please feel free to do so.
