This annual event was held in Dansbury Park, East Stroudsburg on Independence Day. The official report was that attendance was estimated at 15,000. We had two Special Events transmitters working and our stalwart operators made frequent contacts. Not too many people stopped by our installation prior to 4PM.Perhaps interest perked up as fireworks time approached."
