[Park] MC-ARES Reflector

Pardon my mistake on the previous message.  I copied it from a message
sent to someone else.

To all receivers of the Park reflector,

FYI:  I have the MC-ARES reflector setup and hopefully everything is
running ok. With the change over from majordomo to mailman, I believe I
have all of the bugs worked out.  It is now available for use to anyone
who has an interest in emergency communications in Monroe County PA.
Please feel free to post any relevant information concerning same or
emergency
communication information in general.
