Every day we have subscribers who should be able to make posts, but the post
are rejected. Then I receive the question "WHY ???????"
Almost always, there are only two reasons:
REASON #1: The post contain HTML. I will say this again. ALL POSTS MUST BE
IN PLAIN TEXT ONLY. All that are not, will be rejected. The reasons for this
are valid and important and I will not reiterate them at this time.
REASON #2: You have more than one e-mail address and are subscribed under
one but trying to send posts from another. Either subscribe under all e-mail
addresses ( which will result in multiple copies of individual posts not to
mention a waste of bandwidth) or (THE BETTER IDEA) make sure you send all
posts from the same e-mail address you are subscribed as.
If everyone follows these two simple guidelines, there should be a lot less
rejections.
Also, if you are closing down an e-mail address, take the few seconds
required to unsubscribe that address yourself.
Thanks.
Happy New Year to all.
