[PaQSO] Cambria County Operation

We will use the call K3HCR from Prince Gallitzin State Park in Cambria County (CMB).
Operators include K3HCR, W3WH, K3VX using CW, SSB on 80, 40 and 20M
At least two stations on the air for the entire period.
We'll also have 2M FM and SSB available

 If we get enough visiting operators, one of us will go mobile in CLE, BLA and CEN, 40M CW and SSB.
