[PaQSO] N3WD Mobile Effort

Gave this one a hearty try but my heart was not into it this year.

For the past two years I have participated in the this great QSO party. 

Two years ago was my first time. Sharon, K3DUH did all the driving. 

Last year we ramped up the effort and she drove over 700 miles as we
activated 21 counties. 

I tried to at least do some counties this year BUT it was not the same
without her.
