[PaQSO] Ping DLARC

Mike, I’m going to defend the DLARC Treasurer here because you know I’ve been in touch with Mark NK8Q over this piece of business over the last 2 weeks. 

I get in trouble for getting mixed up in Club business because I’m not on the DLARC Board any longer, but your announcement to the entire Membership here suggesting you’ve been ignored by our Treasurer is way off and unfair if Mark has told you we’ve had a dialogue in the last 10 days. 

1) I told Mark our Treasurer never received your emails. Don’t know why; don’t care. 
2) So I verified (at Mark’s request) that the DLARC mailed Nittany ARC a check for the Sponsored Mobile Plaque right after the 2017 PAQSO Party Contest.
3) Your Treasurer has a long history of not presenting my own checks for years (SSB Sponsor) for greater than 6 months. I feel this is where your problem really lies.
4) The Treasurer has this matter on the next BOD agenda (next week) to discuss whether he should chance writing NARC another check and risk the original to surface and get cashed. Stopping it would incur a bank fee he’s not going to do without the BOD deciding in a majority. You aren’t on the distribution to this elevated, internal matter.
5) I’m sorry you feel the sudden urgency to order the trophies is now the burden of the Sponsor due to your bookkeepers incompetence which I understand is discretely considered legendary among the Party officials, but I won’t let you throw Mike Gower under the bus in public. He does an excellent job here and pays the bills on time. 

I expect to appear at the Bd Meeting on other business, but I will recommend they reconsider their longstanding commitment until PAQSO has an independent accounting method that doesn’t target the loyal Sponsors.
