[PaQSO] PAQP kudos-NARC kudos-flashbacks

Good day to all!
I am very new to this contest, although I have been a ham since 2003. I participated this year just trying to give other hams points. I skipped the whole first day of the contest because I really didn't consider the possibility of placing in any way. Well.....when all was said and done, with a little help from my Elmer with scoring, I ended up winning my county.....my very first try.....I must say I am actually very  proud of my achievement. 
   I had a great time and hopefully helped lots of other amateurs gain points. I am proud of my certificate and it definitely has me primed for this years contest....I will probably work all of the hours allowed, but.....If I were looking to streamline this whole thing, I would not have plaques.....they are expensive, time consuming and all the Information has to go through too many hands and I'm sure there are often errors....clerical or otherwise. A suggestion from me would be to provide a TEMPLATE for the categories, which could easily be updated if needed for certificates. If you are deemed a winner of whatever category, you would receive the template, or be allowed to download the template, where you would insert your own name and call sign, and print it yourself. Plaques.....if you want one, feel free to go get one engraved. They are beautiful but costly and time consuming.
I know I am very new to this and some may think of my ideas as newbie stuff, but this is supposed to be fun, not a burden.
