As Mike has communicated, the PA QSO Party has become a massive amount of year long work.I've pondering what the major amount of work is.I believe it's the preparation of awards and the forwarding of them.Here me outWould hams operate the contest if there were no plaques and certificates this year ?I for one would. 
Most of us are up in age and have won our share of contests in the past.For myself, I enjoy the friendly competition and talking to old friends.Please your thoughts"Screw the awards"73Herb K2LNS
