A message from our scoring team:

All of the PA QSO party log check reports were emailed last night. The
report was sent to the email address in the Cabrillo file or the log
submission return address. If you haven’t received yours, check your spam
folder.

The overall final rescore summary can be found at the very end of the file.
This Entry category and final score that will be used to determine the
final results and awards.

If gross errors were found in the QSO line(s) they are listed at the top of
the file along with a *numbered* tag at the end of the line that explains
the cause. Most logs did not have any gross errors because logging software
informs the user of the error and asks for a correction prior to logging.
These QSO’s are assigned zero points.

This is followed a detailed listing of each QSO with the final assigned
points and a tag which indicates if the exchange matches the other log, the
exchange was determined to be correct, or there was an error.

The rest of the file contains summary supporting information sections to
show which callsigns were normalized for analysis, the bonus station QSO’s,
the county line QSO’s, and a listing of QSO’s assigned zero points along
with the cause (tag & data from the other log).

Some entries missed logging the county line stations in all counties. There
was no penalty for missing these QSO’s and no credit given for these missed
QSO’s. There are also no penalties for duplicate QSO’s found in the log.

The participants can use this report to determine how to reduce mistakes
and improve their scores in future QSO parties.
