[PaQSO] 2018 Rules Changes?

I received a clarification on the recent update to the N1MM+ software.
This was an update of the PAQP bonus station callsign the software
recognizes, and not to implement a contest rule change per se, as was
implied by the N1MM+ change log.

As previously announced, the bonus station this year will be N3LI.

The colder weather today is a reminder that we're getting closer to fall
and soon the Party will be here!
