[PaQSO] rover, you're a dupe

Years ago with paper logs dupes were a pain. But all the logging software will handle the dupes just fine. So I just log them and move on. I had my very first QSO and my 11th were with the same station! Just logged them and call CQ.de NJ3K.     W3VV Club call used.
