[PaQSO] Logging county line stations in N3FJP

Thanks to Tom, KB8TYJ for sending me some better information on how to
enter county lines in the PA QSO Party logger.

To quote Tom, "For example, if you worked a county line station in York and
Adams counties,
you could just type yor+ada, and it would enter both counties for you."

Sorry, I missed the e-mail on this, but it works great!
