[PaQSO] PAQSO 2017 plans - K3ALE Perry County

Good morning all!

Once again, the team will be active (QRP multi-single) from Perry County
this year. We generally focus on 40/80m for the bulk of the Party, but this
year we are hopefully going to add digital mode capability to the station.
We'll also try to get on 6m and 160m if/when there's any activity.
