The RBN has a graphical analysis tool.
http://www.reversebeacon.net/analysis/
It allows you to compare the signal strength of selected stations.

Subject: [PaQSO] RBN Profiling
I'm playing around in a database with data I downloaded from the Reverse
Beacon Network (RBN) from the PA QSO Party timeframe. RBN is a worldwide
network of skimmers which monitor the bands and record signal levels of CW
and other signals.
I'm doing this mainly to profile my station and determine what antennas and
bands need the most improvement. Signal level information is relative, and
you'll get the most out of the data if you compare your station data to
other stations running similar power levels and in the same geographical
area.
If you're interested in seeing your station data, please send me a private
email and note the callsign and CW power level used during the Party. In
order to have RBN data, you need to have ran CW one or both of the days.
After I receive the information from all the people who are interested, I
will create an Excel file comparing your station to others (one file will
have everyone's data). For those who don't have software to read Excel
files, I'll also include a PDF file.
This is a free offer, void where prohibited, your mileage may vary. :-)
