QRP is the standard 5 Watts or less.

Medium Power is 5 to 150 watts. it is the same thing as low power, unless the particular event designates some other power as low power. If a log comes in and it says low power, that’s how we count it

QRO is over 150 watts.

There are events that use different terminology, So medium power is often referred to as low power. Its all good.
