[PaQSO] Cabrillo Category Power value?????

[Dave Edmonds]

This contest uses "MEDIUM" from 6 - 150 watts... Power categories are
different for various contests. Cabrillo only uses QRP, Low and HIgh. So my
little 75 watts was definitely "Medium" so going with LOW.
