[PaQSO] Friday Night Contest Net

[Goody K3NG]

I don't consider myself having "ownership" of the Friday net control role
as I just ran it twice when Ray wasn't available, but if no one else feels
strongly about running it, I'm OK with running it this year.  I can't fill
the large shoes left by Da Grump, but I'll do my best  :-)
