[PaQSO] Frequencies to Avoid due to Matthew Relief Efforts

Given the devastation Matthew is likely to cause in the Bahamas and
potentially Florida, and the damage already done in Haiti, Cuba, and
Jamaica, HAMs are working hard filling their role in the emergency. Sean
Kutzo of the ARRL posted the following list of frequencies to avoid as they
are likely to be in use or become used by relief efforts:

7.080
7.045
3.740
3.720
Also, 14.300 is the hurricane net people, and they would probably
appreciate the space. Please be courteous and remember that emergency
operations are an important reason why we are allowed to exist.
