PAQSO Friends!

After being fully and successfully developed, the Official PAQSO Party Spots Page has launched and is ready for implementation for this weekend's hostilit.. er, festivities!

Bookmark the link; refer to and post often, or park a live thumbtile on a corner of your operating screen. Mobiles and Rovers will get the most mileage <g> out of this vehicle, <gg!> and it will likely assist in record numbers of County Sweeps. (Note to Chairman: Order more plaques!)

Testing shows near instantaneous response times. NO FOOLING AROUND will be tolerated, so keep your messages civil and topical. No decoy, forged or anonymous identification either, please. IP addresses are discretely logged by the host for adjudication.

BACKGROUND:

Our friendly, annual event is a "QSO Party." Prizes and Awards promote activity while perfecting operating techniques and exceeding personal bests, but the Official objective is to always have fun while making Contacts.

Spotting, (self or otherwise) has long been ENCOURAGED by the PAQSO Chairman and the Rules Committee. Purists who disagree may freely elect to ignore the provision, and are politely reminded not to flame anyone who does, as the Party's RULES are indisputably clear on this subject.

This feature was envisioned and wholly endorsed by Ray "The Grump" W3TDF (SK), and it's my honor to introduce the effort of our developers in time for 2016.
