Message-ID: <1537d36cc76-3a4f-d68@webprd-m61.mail.aol.com> If you can't wait 7 months for the PA QSO party, there is a good substitute this weekend; the Virginia QSO party. Virginia is close by PA, easily worked on 40, 75/80 and even 6 meters with a decent antenna. The multipliers are the state's 95-counties plus 38 independent cities. You can work multiplier stations on multiple modes (CW, SSB and digital). Hours are 1000 to 2200 EDST Saturday, then 0800 to 2000 EDST Sunday Just like PA QSO party, there is a lot of drum-beating by VA clubs to get many/most/all multipliers active. RULES? See: http://www.qsl.net/sterling/VA_QSO_Party/QSOParty.htm If you have a few hours, give it a try. The VA stations would welcome you. 73, Blair K3YD From k3ct at verizon.net Thu Mar 17 06:54:00 2016 From: k3ct at verizon.net (John Bednar) Date: Thu, 17 Mar 2016 06:54:00 -0400 Subject: [PaQSO] If you can't wait 7 months . . . If I need to make additional changes, I will update the file and add to the release note.
