[PaQSO] Party Updates

Good day all,

I’ve updated the website with a few items.

First up is that the  Carpetbagger Plaque is not only for Mobiles, but Rovers are in on the competition as well. That’s been corrected. 

Some weird typos have also been corrected.

The callsign W3C has been added to the main page.

Next up is a typo in the  Rules has been changed, and a bad one at that. Seems I thought that Hams could reverse time, and had the party starting on the 11th instead of the 10th. So that’s been fixed

The new rules have been posted as a “rev1”.
