[PaQSO] Party update and new plaque class

Good day all,

It’s getting really close, and I’ve been splitting my time between the party preparations, my mobile antenna installation on my Jeep, and my mountaintop station mouse eviction program. The trick is evicting them without having them decompose and stink the place up. 

Enough about me. 

I’m pretty darn excited to announce a new plaque class. It’s a little bit different, so here goes:

We’ll be having a class for Out of State Operators operating in-state mobile in the Party. Highest score earns a plaque we’re naming the “Carpetbagger” award.

So is it going to be getting bonuses? Or will it be getting a lot of QSO’s or even a brave soul operating QRP mobile?
