[PaQSO] Summary Sheet not Fillable

There was an issue with the summary sheet I uploaded to the website. As far as I can tell, something got corrupted when it was uploaded.  I have it fixed now.

I uploaded a new copy of the file, with a different name, and changed the link on the forms page as well You can either get it there, or download it via this link:

The file you get should be 15 PAQP Summary Sheet-1.pdf If no -1, it is the old file, and you have it in your browser cache.


I’ve tried it out, and it works on a completely different PC, so hopefully that will solve the problem for good.

Everyone should make certain they are using the latest version of adobe reader, or whichever reader they use that will allow filling out forms.
